I have just started running and would love to start with the right technique.
How should my legs / feet work ?
How should I land on the ground ?

The two most important things with regards to technique are probably:
With regards to feet, there are different theories about heel striking. Whether it is good or bad. Don't get too distracted by all of that. Keep the above two tips in mind first and foremost and you are doing a lot of things right when it comes to running technique.
