This coaching is for adult runners who want a more personalized way to train. Many of the runners interested in coaching are masters runners who take their running seriously, but the coaching is open to any adult runner who wants a smarter, more individual approach.
A generic plan follows a template. My coaching is built around your current running ability, goal, training background, and schedule — so your training actually fits the person doing it.
This coaching can help you train for a personal best, a stronger half marathon or marathon, a fitness test, or simply more consistent and purposeful running.
You'll receive a questionnaire so I can understand your goals, challenges, and current fitness. From there, I create your personalized running program and deliver it within 1 to 5 working days.
That depends on the package you choose. Silver includes email support, Gold adds a 30-minute coaching call, and Platinum includes monthly coaching calls, fortnightly plan delivery, and ongoing adjustments as your training progresses.
Platinum includes ongoing adjustments based on your progress. And if you're not satisfied within the first 30 days on any package, I'll make the necessary adjustments to improve the fit.
