Improving My 2-Mile Time
What can I do to improve my 2-mile time?

You are not really giving a lot away about your current abilities, how much you want to improve etc., making it pretty hard to tell you what to do.
The 3,200 metre / 2-mile is a painful distance because you need to go fast, but for quite a long time.
As a first step you need to build your base
. Make sure you can run 5-6 easy miles without problems, and your 2 miler is suddenly a short distance.
Closer towards your race / key races, you will also have to build your speed via Tempo Running
and Interval Running
A good book, not too expensive, which contains a lot of running training information, including a great template for 2-mile races is Daniels' Running Formula
. It has been my number one running training book for years.
