Running my 2.4 km

I really need to pass my 2.4, but I only have 2 days to train! AND.... I am VERY out of shape !!! Can you help me?

Thanks for your question. You have left it a bit to the last minute, haven't you?
In two days you can't get fit. If you start to train now you might get too many muscle pains for your test.
