New to Running
I have always done some type of physical activity. I preferred power walking, just last month I decided to start jogging.
I worked my way up faster a few minutes a day and now, I look forward to waking up and using my new treadmill.
This is easier for me then outdoors because I am a full-time mom.
I have already dropped 5 lbs and I have 5 more to go!
Nothing else helped me and diet alone wasn't working anymore as soon as I hit 30, I struggle with a few extra lbs.
