Best Running Tips Newsletter, Issue #033 -- New Year, New Running Goals...?

I hope this newsletter finds you well.
First of all, although a bit late (is there an official cut-off date?), Happy New Year to you. I hope 2012 has got lots of exciting things in store for you.

Want to Lose Weight? Here is Your Answer

I purchased the rights to distribute the Lose 10 Pounds ebook. First thing I did was rewrite it and make it a lot better. It's doubled in size and is a much better read now (if I say so myself).

Want to Run a Marathon? Here is Your Answer
Now, if you are a regular follower of this site, this won't come as a surprise to you. I still believe that 100 Day Marathon Plan is an incredibly good book to get if you want to run a marathon.

Whether it is your first or your fastest, 100 Day Marathon Plan contains all the right information for you. The maker, Marius Bakken, is a former Olympian. He knows a thing or two about running... :)

He has taken the training principles that elite runners (like him) use, and applied them to create killer marathon plans for us, mere mortals.

A marathon is a huge commitment. The training is unlike anything else.

So, if your 2012 goal is to run a marathon, do yourself a favor and consider the 100 Day Marathon Plan. I know I'll be using it to prepare for my marathon!

There is nothing as powerful as setting yourself an inspiring goal. Note that this is only half of the equation. You'll need to follow it up with the right actions. Now, over the next year I am going to try to make it easier for you to accomplish your goals.

Whether it is to run your best 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon or whatever, soon, I'll have just the right running program for you.
