You Dare to Take the Test?

Welcome to the Best Running Tips Newsletter !
I thought it was time for something a little bit different. Let's all
do a test!
It is called the Real Age Test.
You may have heard about it. You answer a list of questions about your
diet and exercise habits and then get provided with a real age,
which represents your physical age.

When your Real Age is lower or equal to your actual age, you are on the
right track, you are living healthy.
When your Real Age is higher than your actual age, it can be quite
confronting. You obviously has some work to do. Your body is basically
older than what you are.
My work colleague did the test. He is 30 years old. Little overweight.
Out of shape. Doesn't always eat healthy. Drinks a few cans of soft
drink during work hours and some more at home.
Drinks quite a bit of
alcohol in the weekend. His Real Age shocked him. He was 37
years old according to the test.That's seven years more than
what he is supposed to be. I am almost four years older than he is, but
my body is ten years younger!
The great thing about the test was that it got him to start
making changes. He has decreased his intake of soft drinks.
He does not always take the lifts anymore when he needs to go to
another floor in the building. He has made changes to his diet.
It is great to see that this test result has swung him into
action. After years of knowing that he was not on the right
track, this test has given him that extra push in the back that he
needed.
Whatever your result is, positive or negative, take the test and swing
into action!
