OK, so I fractured my foot and didn't go to the doctor. Now I loose my balance and can hardly run. So, should I still go to the doctor????
Answer by Dominique:
Hi Evelyn, Thanks for your question. When in pain, and you cannot solve it yourself via rest, ice, etc. I definitely always recommend to go to a doctor, regardless of the injury.
With stress fractures it depends a bit which bone is affected as to how long it will take before you will be able to run and what your doctor will want to do to help you recover. So, visit your doctor and get it checked out.
