Running Tights for Men - Reviews

Runners often use running tights in addition to running pants or running shorts.

Running tights are meant to lend further support to your legs by helping absorb some of the muscles' energy impacts from pounding and stretching.

And of course, running tights are also intended to keep your leg muscles extra warm so that they remain supple and loose. But if you wear running tights, you of course need them to be of the highest quality so they are not constrictive on either your legs or at your waist.

They also need to be made of very durable material given the wear and tear a regular wearer of them is going to expose them to.

Running Tights #1: RRS Ultra Thermo Tights

Ultra Thermo Tight
RRS Ultra Thermo Tights are top quality as you'd expect from Road Runner Sports.

Made from Road Runner Sports' proprietary DRYROAD/Spandex material, these running tights are lightweight, warming, and giving of muscle-supporting compression.

Other great features include active moisture management technology, secure-grip elastic leg openings, reflective ankle zips and a reflective logo, and a convenient back pocket.

Inner Muscle Knee Tight
ASICS also makes a superior Inner Muscle Knee Tight.

These are polyster/DOW knee-length running tights which feature ASICS' patented Inner Muscle technology.

These are intended especially to help in training and strengthening the psoas muscle to more effectively support the spinal column, enabling you to have better posture and form for all around better health and performance.

These tights focus on what has emerged in sports medicine and physical fitness science as the all-important "core".

This means improved stride and decreased risk of injury for you. In addition there are flatlock seams to eliminate or reduce chafing for your total comfort.

Just like with runners' socks, runners' tops, and sometimes even running shoes, runners' tights should not be taken lightly but often are.

Not every runner uses running tights.

However, it's a good idea to consider using them if you run regularly.

And if you are going to wear running tights, you might as well invest in one of the quality pairs described above.
