Running in winter in some of the colder climates can be a real challenge.

What you need is a running jacket to keep you warm.

Even coldness in the upper body can interfere with concentration and performance.

Lack of comfort leads to poor focus, and letting heat escape from the body leads to muscle and lung fatigue.
