I had the same problem as the guy who was asking the question. It had been a while since I last ran and was very, very slow.
I took the gamble and subscribed to your newsletter. You do not seem to send it out very often, but I do like that free e-book that you give away with it.
It is very, very interesting to see how this guy goes about improving someone's base and as a result, create faster runners. I have been following the method (although I had to adjust the mileage I run a bit to my abilities) and after having tested myself twice so far I can already tell you that I have really improved.
