Amir, Thanks for your question.
It is impossible to answer this without knowing your current stamina and your goals and/or upcoming races.
Generally, most of your running should be easy paced running. There is however a place for faster running in your running program.
I advise you to read through my running training section. In the running training section you will find helpful information about the different running speeds and how they help in achieving your goals.
