Best Running Tips Newsletter, Issue #037 -- Thanks for Your Feedback

G'day!


First of all, thank you for the overwhelming supply of responses to my request to fill in the annual survey.

It's been really interesting to see the variety in answers on the one hand, but also to see some common themes coming through. You don't know how helpful it is in determining how to shape the future of best-running-tips.com.

Running Training Helpline
=================
As I have mentioned in a few previous occassions, the Running Training Helpline is overflowing. It's almost too popular to continue doing it. I get about ten - twenty questions a week and have time to answer two or three.

You can see the problem... :)

My sincere apologies to you if you have got a question pending that you need an answer to. I may not get to it.

Some Great Pages You Need to Visit - Part 2

I started this series two weeks back. In it I just want to highlight some pages that generate a lot of comments or that are really popular in some way or another.

Via the Facebook page - http://www.facebook.com/best-running-tips - I provide an almost daily update of pages on the site. It's interesting to see how some pages generate hardly any "likes" and other pages get the thumbs up from a large crowd.


Some really popular ones over the last few weeks have been:

A great reminder of what benefits running provides. It might just provide you with that little bit of additional motivation for your next run!

Getting back to the basics, I am trying to explain how to set-up and improve your running.
