Welcome to the Best Running Tips Newsletter. Running when it's 38 degrees Celsius / 100 degrees Fahrenheit outside is always, ahem, interesting. Seeing Santa in shorts is different as well. Yep, the holiday season is definitely something else on this side of the globe !
