100 Day Marathon Plan Review

Just like many running enthusiasts, it is my dream to join and finish a marathon. I am no expert, but I have been running for quite some time now. What caught my interest was that the 100 Day Marathon Plan is written by a very good runner. His name is Marius Bakken and he has even gone to the Olympics. I thought he would have to know a thing or two about running... :)






The 100 Day Marathon Plan is, in my opinion, very helpful to all marathon enthusiasts because of its very detailed information about training routines, workout plans, and even diet plans. You can also contact Marius and ask him questions.

I have not done so yet, but it is good to know that he offers that kind of support to users of his book. I am now on my 54th day and I can say that my dream of getting to finish a marathon is within an arm's reach.

I am really improving lots. I have lost weight and am a lot faster and fitter than before I started.

There are some days which are really quite easy and some that are really tough. Especially some of the fast-paced workouts are really hard.

I think it is a good book and I would recommend that you get it when you want to do a marathon and learn more about running.
